eMail Marketing Basics

Even for folks like me that have been email marketing since the late 90’s, reviewing the fundamentals from time to time never hurts.

  • Use a good balance of text and images.
  • Assume that images will be blocked.
  • Provide a back-up option for image-rich backgrounds.
  • Include a table of contents for lengthier messages.
  • Remember a call to action
